New complaints over Google's Pixel 2 XL smartphone

Pixel 2 XL handsets now affected by display flashes upon unlock
I have had the same exact symptoms as everyone here so it may be for us all. A user has reported that whenever the phone is unlocked a flashing screen appears before the display turns up.
The issue with the screens of Google's LG, and HTC smartphones are so persistent that Girard Gibbs is investigating claims against the three manufacturers that made the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL.
"Yes. Blowing into the speaker like you would an old NES cartridge". A lot of users have tried disabling adaptive brightness on the Pixel 2 XL, but the issue seems to persists.
The Pixel 2 XL's panel has become pretty notorious at this point, with people complaining about a blue light shift, dead or colored pixels, non-vibrant colors, and screen burn-in. It strangely works when recording video and when using the speakers during calls.
"I'm not sure why, but the Pixel 2 XL screen flashes when unlocking (fingerprint and lock button), when the screen wakes up because of notifications, when the screen dims and the phone locks, and when manually locking", one of the users said on the Pixel User Community. Apparently, there is a fix that might bring the microphone back to work. To get this deal, you'll need to buy one of the new Pixels with monthly payments and trade in a qualifying device. Then I tested what you said and blew into the speaker on the front, then it immediately STOPPED working. The other big issue sounds like a hardware concern as it affects the microphone of the Pixel 2.
After facing several problems one after the other, Google's latest devices, the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL may be in trouble again for an issue that is related to the OLED display of the smartphone.
A software update has been rolled out in an attempt to fix the hardware, with software. Unfortunately, no software update can stop the degradation of screen coating.
