Trump, in Twitter rant, revisits grievances against sports figures

President Trump kick-starts Thanksgiving by saying the “Country is starting to do really well”

"That's just him, he always talk wild", the rapper added of LaVar Ball's personality.

The players faced potential jail sentences for the charge, but Trump, who was also visiting China at the time, spoke to President Xi Jinping about resolving the situation.

While a pair of $495 sneakers might not be on most people's Christmas list, I'd be willing to buy a pair or two if it meant I never had to see another "Make America Great" hat again.

Tony Schwartz, the ghostwriter behind President Trump's bestselling 1987 book "The Art of the Deal", says the president's recent attacks of LaVar Ball stem from Trump being "half awed and half frightened by black people".

The younger Ball and his teammates returned home last week, but they've been suspended indefinitely from the team.

Ball wasn't done, appearing on CNN and discussing Trump with Chris Cuomo. Trump claims that he intervened on behalf of the players, but LaVar Ball won't admit it, prompting a furious barrage of tweets from the Mango Maniac.

"Did (Trump) help the boys get out?"

Before performing his annual duties of pardoning a Thanksgiving Day turkey, the president responded Wednesday at 5:25 a.m. EDT by calling Ball "a poor man's version of Don King, but without the hair" and an "ungrateful fool!"

This all plays out as Ball's oldest son, Lonzo, shows infrequent flashes of great play during the start of his National Basketball Association rookie season with the 8-10 Lakers.

"You get that audience, which isn't a bunch of deplorables and won't be bothered by what he says", Durbin said. More recently, the president has been fiercely critical of black athletes protesting the "Star Spangled-Banner" as a demonstration against white supremacy in the U.S. "Maybe we were doing some talking with other people before he even got there", Ball said. Well, you better go back and find him.

As of writing, Trump's tweet has yet to be deleted.
