He had gone into cardiac arrest by the time paramedics arrived and died a short time later.

Jordan's actor brother Jonah Hill has yet to make a comment on the tragedy but the family has asked for privacy at this hard time. The Los Angeles County coroner confirmed Feldstein's death on December 23, 2017.

Jordan Feldstein, the older brother of actors Jonah Hill and Beanie Feldstein has died at the age of 40.

He managed Maroon 5 ever since the band formed 15 years ago and helped them go on to win three Grammy Awards and sell 20 million albums across the world. His father is Richard Feldstein, a longtime accountant for touring musicians, including none other than Guns N' Roses. While Hill and the younger Feldstein chose performance, the eldest was content for a life behind the scenes.

Feldstein also negotiated Adam Levine's coaching role on NBC's "The Voice".

Very saddened by the news Jordan Feldstein passed.

By all accounts, Feldstein appeared healthy, happy, and successful.

Jordan leaves behind two small children and two ex-wives, including Clint Eastwood and Frances Fisher's daughter Francesca, who annulled their Las Vegas marriage in 2013 after a week.

Outkast's Big Boi tweeted his condolences to his 'close friend and manager'.

The entertainment industry mourned the late Feldstein on Saturday. He was such a character & will be sorely missed by many. In 2015, he told Billboard that Maroon 5 was initially anxious about hiring him as their manager since he was only 21 at that time.
