Elizabeth Warren dismisses call to prove Native American ancestry claims with DNA test
And the United States government does nothing about that.
"I'm not running for president", Warren, a champion of the Democratic Party's progressive wing, told "Fox News Sunday".
'And more than half of them are attacked by non-natives.
"I've written before about the disproportionate unfairness of decrying Warren's dodge on this matter, given Trump's blatant lies on so much more", she wrote. "That's where I'm focused".
"If I don't win the election, [news] ratings are going to go so far down, they'll be out of business, every one of them. I'm not running for president".
President Trump has often called the left-leaning stateswoman "Pocahontas" because she has claimed she is Native American, yet has offered no proof aside from family legend. On Sunday, she appeared on NBC News, CNN and Fox News Sunday - a national media blitz that doesn't scream "focused on MA".
At a rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday night, Trump discussed the MA senator as a potential rival for the White House in 2020.
Warren tells NBC's "Meet the Press" that she knows there's anxiety among Democrats about a possible second Trump term. It's a term that Warren has said she considers a racial slur.

Elizabeth Warren (D., Mass.) would not say Sunday if she would take a DNA "spit test" to prove her longtime claims of Native American heritage, instead pivoting to telling the story of her family and saying "it's a part of who I am". Her father's family, Warren said, was opposed to his marrying Warren's mother because she was part Native American, and the couple went on to make it through "hard times" and raise her and her three brothers.
"Her Indian heritage claims have the potential to be a wildfire, but it will take one of her primary opponents raising it to strike the match", Gray said.

"Look, I do know". "Never used it for anything. Never got any benefit from it anywhere".
The validity of the Oklahoma native's claims have been questioned since her 2012 U.S. Senate run, and critics has accused her of using it to boost her career.
